Regular Deer Bologna $4.20 / pound
      *Extra Ingredients (additional cost): Cheddar - Pepper Jack - Jalapeno
Sweet Deer Bologna $4.30 / pound
      *Extra Ingredients (additional cost): Cheddar - Pepper Jack - Jalapeno
Deer Bratwurst $3.25 / pound
      *Extra Ingredients (additional cost): Cheddar - Pepper Jack - Jalapeno - Mushroom & Swiss - Italian
Jerky - sliced $5.50 / pound


Sausage, Bologna, Bratwurst Minimum: 12.5 LBS. Individual batches are made with only your deer.

Processed deer must be picked up 2 weeks after deer season.

Allow 1-10 months for sausage processing.
